UAV Propeller New Generation NEXPROP™

Our propeller blades with boundary layer control maintained their effectiveness throughout a large part of the flight envelope. The performance robustness leads to better flight time predictability.

Conventional propeller blades are effective at their design point. However, during off-design flight operations (transient phases experienced during crosswind, maneuvering, take-off, and landing), the efficiency can drop significantly. Our tests have found a reduction of 20 to 50% in efficiency depending on brands. The graph depicts a comparison between static operation ( laboratory results) and dynamic conditions ( model extracted from actual conditions) for conventional propellers.
